The Town Council for the Town of Clayton will hold an "Executive Session" on Thursday November 30, 2023 at 6:00 pm as defined code IN IC 5-14-1.5-5. This executive session meeting is to discuss pending litigation "pursuant to IN IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(b)." This is closed meeting to the public.
The Town Council of the Town of Clayton will hold a "Special Meeting" on November 30, 2023 immediately following the "Executiive Session" meeting. This meeting is open to the public.
Both the "Executive Session" and the "Special Meeting" will be held at the Clayton Town Hall, 4844 Iowa Street, Clayton, IN. 46118
